As part of Baku Fashion Week, acclaimed Azerbaijani designer Faik Kerim opened the doors of his showroom to non-clients of the brand for the very first time, hosting a private event for international guests of the project and close friends of the house. The intimate gathering offered a rare opportunity to step beyond the finished image of couture and experience the creative world behind the atelier.

Throughout the event, guests were invited to observe the meticulous work of the atelier’s artisans firsthand — from hand embroidery and the creation of decorative elements to the detailed craftsmanship involved in producing haute couture garments. Rather than presenting fashion solely as a final product, the event focused attention on the process itself, revealing the precision, patience, and artistry behind each creation.

Faik Kerim personally guided guests through the inspirations behind his work, speaking about his admiration for traditional national techniques and his dedication to preserving craftsmanship within a contemporary couture language. The event became not only an introduction to the designer’s creative universe, but also a reflection on the value of artisanal work and the enduring role of tradition in modern fashion.
