PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

This Personal Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a public offer.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS:

Website – a collection of texts, graphic elements, design, images, source code, photo and video materials, and other results of intellectual activity belonging to the Website Administration and located on the Internet under the domain names https://www.bakufashionweek.com and https://www.bakufashionweek.az.

Website Administration – authorized employees managing the Website on behalf of Baku Fashion Week (hereinafter – BFW).

Operator – Baku Fashion Week, acting independently or jointly with others, which organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

User – any individual who accesses the Website, fills out online application forms, and thereby accepts and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

Personal Data – information provided by the User in the online forms on the Website (such as first and last name, date of birth, name of the company and/or organization represented, email address, phone number, and other data necessary to complete applications on the Website).

Processing of Personal Data – any action with the User’s personal data filled in via online forms, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, access provision), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, including transfer to third parties upon court request, in compliance with measures that ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

1. By agreeing to this Agreement and submitting data via the Website’s online forms, the User:

  • confirms that all data provided belongs to them personally;

  • confirms that they have read this Agreement and fully understand the terms of personal data processing by the Operator, and agree to these terms;

  • consents to the processing of the provided Personal Data for the purposes stated in this Agreement;

  • accepts the terms of data processing without reservations or limitations, including the actions outlined in the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 11, 2010, No. 998-IIIQ “On Personal Data,” and confirms that this consent is given voluntarily and in their own interest.

2. The Operator processes the User’s Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • providing services to the User;

  • creating, analyzing, and monitoring the client database;

  • informing the User about contests and promotions;

  • sending newsletters;

  • notifying the User about various events;

  • compiling lists of event participants.

3. The Operator has the right to process Personal Data by entering it into electronic databases, internal reports, and registries. Data processing may be carried out both automatically and manually.

4. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User also agrees to receive informational and/or promotional messages via phone (SMS) and/or email from the Website Administration.

6. The User’s consent to the processing of Personal Data is valid for 70 (seventy) years from the moment the User accepts this Agreement and can be revoked at any time by sending a written request to: info@bakufashionweek.az

7. The Website Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally.

8. The date of the last update will be indicated in the current version of the Agreement.

9. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise stated.

10. The current version of the Agreement is available on the Website in the Privacy Policy section.
