FW26/27 RUNWAY: DE MAJNUNS
— Controlled Madness
De Majnuns Fall/Winter 2026-2027
A New Urban Voice in Azerbaijani Contemporary Fashion
The debut runway show of De Majnuns introduced more than just a new collection — it presented a fully formed visual identity shaped by modern urban culture, individuality, and emotional contrast. Titled Controlled Madness, the collection became the brand’s first official statement within the contemporary fashion landscape, confidently positioning itself between luxury sportswear and progressive streetwear aesthetics.
Created under the direction of Azerbaijani creative director Sabuhi Majnunli, De Majnuns explores the intersection of functionality, rebellion, and luxury. The collection focused primarily on menswear while maintaining a clear unisex approach, reflecting the fluidity and freedom that define modern fashion today. Oversized silhouettes, workwear-inspired details, and rave culture influences created a strong visual language that felt both raw and refined.
De Majnuns Fall/Winter 2026-2027
One of the strongest aspects of Controlled Madness was its attention to texture and material. Treated denim, structured fabrics, and layered construction gave the garments depth and character while preserving comfort and wearability. Rather than relying on excessive decoration, the collection communicated through silhouette, proportion, and tactile detail. The earthy palette of blue, brick, and brown tones reinforced the industrial yet warm atmosphere of the show, creating cohesion across the runway.
What makes De Majnuns particularly interesting is its understanding of balance. The collection exists between chaos and control, softness and structure, luxury and utility. This duality became the central emotional idea of the show. The garments did not attempt to appear perfect or polished in a traditional sense; instead, they embraced personality, movement, and attitude — qualities deeply connected to contemporary youth culture and urban identity.
De Majnuns Fall/Winter 2026-2027
As a debut, Controlled Madness felt confident and self-aware. Rather than following existing trends, De Majnuns introduced a recognizable aesthetic language with a clear point of view. Through precision, strong styling, and modern energy, the brand announced itself as a promising new name within the regional and contemporary fashion scene.
